"Great location and beautiful hotel the only thing is that the bartenders as well as the restaurant servers are “in no hurry” it takes some time to get served. If you don’t get your chair around the pool by 9am you can’t get one, ppl put their towels on them and walk away for breakfast. Also the hotel rooms do not keep at the temperature you set them. Other than that we will definitely go back next year and highly recommend "

"The room looked nothing like the picture on the website. The room was musty smelling, old and out dated. There was mold on the ceiling, the bathroom bottom baseboard was rubber that was stapled to the wall but part of it was broken off the wall. We notified the front desk about the bathroom but didn’t see the mold til the next day. There was no tv service. Horrible for the expensive price for one night. I would never go there again."

"Didn’t need the use of the kitchen or laundry. The room clean and comfortable. The pool very clean and the area around pool was very well kept. The staff was wonderful."

"Musty smell in the rooms, it worked for what we needed last minute but pretty expensive. Also the couch smelled terrible and needed a good cleaning. It wasn’t nice to sit on and definitely not good for sleeping on."

"The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check-in time. No problem, things happen. The room felt pretty clean but missing towels so I was worried they rushed through cleaning. Electricity in our bathroom was not working. They fixed it, but a pretty big inconvenience when trying to get ready to leave. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible even after it got fixed. Phone did not work. The hot tub is on a beautiful rooftop. During our 3 day stay, it was overrun with unsupervised children the whole time. There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms in the hotel. "

"Absolutely perfect location. Beautiful very. Private area of beach. Just know lounge chairs cabanas are for rent only. And rent them early in day. "
