"Clean quiet room, nice people but lots of rooms are facing a parking garage…had to keep curtains drawn because the cars are 15 feet away! DID NOT LIKE THAT! Room 549…and the rest of odd # rooms face this parking garage!!! Too expensive of a room to be facing a building 15 feet away!"

"The location of this hotel is great! Unfortunately we did not have hot water for 2 days. When inquired about this they said they would resolve right away and they did. The disappointing part is that they knew there was an issue and was waiting for a part. This should have been disclosed at check in. Recommendations from a Hilton Honors customer: The hotel should offer guest access to beach chairs/ umbrellas at no cost like other hotels in the area do. Need to offer better pillows...

"From the time we arrived - when I did seek clarification - the wifi was both spotty and slow or simply wouldn’t connect at all. Using the neighbouring restaurant shouldn’t be required spending this kind of price range and it seems incongruous when seen in the context of the overall experience. For myself wifi is very important. If there was a pay service it wasn’t explained or offered to me. Mark D. Johnston"
