"There seems to be an issue with staffing the maids. We waited over an hour to physically enter our room. The electric outlets in our room were horrible. The location is wonderful as well as the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The maids seemed understaffed but they were also amazingly accommodating. Same goes for the valet staff. I did find that the beach rental prices were excessive. Great place, just needs a little fine tuning"

"We will definitely be back!! Staying here was so much nicer than a hotel. It was very roomy, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was nice being right on the beach. The pool area had a donation bin of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, pool tubes and sand toys. You can grab what you want and bring it to the beach."

"Will never stay or recommend this place to any one , xtra charges when we got there and now still trying to charge my card and I am home ! Refuse housekeeping! Everything so expensive u have to even pay to park !"

"It is in a good location, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and they have free shuttle service to up to 1 mile from the hotel where you can find different kinds of restaurants and stores. The staff is very kind and helpful . The continental breakfast is not the best quality but it offers a variety of food like eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, baggies and waffles. They even let us use an umbrella and chairs for the beach. I would stay there again if we go...

"We loved our stay here! The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Having convenient parking was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
