We also had issues with coordinating housekeeping services throughout our stay which left us reusing towels, running low on toilet paper and overflowing garbage bin for much of the week. They finally did clean on our room on the 4th night when I asked at the front desk but they only left 2 towels and we never did get the daily complimentary waters (other than the first day). "Getting pool chairs is a horrible experience. People start saving them from 7:30am! Front desk gentleman was very rude when i asked if there was any water while checking in and waiting for our room … he said I can go to the bar or market place and purchase one . Just to turn around and see the valet handing waters out to someone . We loved Nora at the market place very outgoing and nice! I wouldn’t stay here again the pools was overcrowded .The property is nice overall. "
