"It was extremely hot and the window in my room wouldn't fully open as there was a sewerage pipe running along the external wall and I couldn't open the window. I had to spend most of my time outside. There was no proper clothes hangers in the wardrobe, no towels to protect the floor as the hand-wash basin was very small and almost above it the fitted a small shelf which was preventing you from brushing your teeth and washing your face, after using the shower or washing your face the floor would...
