"Clean room, staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast had different things everyday but also staples and was pretty good. There were dishes in the kitchenette and a bunch of stuff to use that made the stay much easier when I couldn’t leave for a few days post surgery. A great place to recover!"

"The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean fully stocked with everything you need. The outside of the place needs to be cleaned up, it was some what run down. But over all it was nice and I would stay again if I had too. "

"Unfortunately, my stay was not very restful. The room was extremely noisy, with what sounded like machines running, possibly a vacuum system or a very loud AC unit, throughout the night. There was also a lot of noise from people talking in the hallways late at night, and you could hear cars driving by, which made it hard to sleep. On top of that, the blinds didn’t block the outside light properly, so the room never got truly dark. Overall, it was difficult to relax and get a good night’s rest. That said, the staff was very polite and courteous, which I appreciated."

"Breakfast on our first morning was very limited. Some of the hot items were cold and the oatmeal was thicker than usual. There were no bagels available that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, probably due to wear and tear! This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and more than likely, won't be our last! Thanks to the entire team. "
