"Best Express I've stayed at over the years!"

"The hotel is tired and in need of major upgrades. The sheets and comforter were stained as well. We ended up leaving after only one night due to the cleanliness issues and the uncomfortable beds."

"The property was dirty. The elevator floors looked like they have never been cleaned The elevator lobby on our floor smelled like garbage all weekend. The floor in our room was sticky. There was no breakfast The property was being used for homeless housing It was very sketchy hotel"

"The hospitality was good. The rooms could be a little bit more cleaner, but it wasn’t bad."

"Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there."

"We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night."

"The hotel is pet friendy which is great. But on their website they dont tell you that there is a non refundable pet charge. I can see not getting it back if the pet damages the room with pet hair from shedding, or pet smell, or pet messes. But my pet doesnt shed, is trained and left no damage. In that case i believe you should get the 70 pet charge returned. The same as if adults dont damage a room, the fee is returned."

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"
