"Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind schön sauber und überall duftet es sehr gut. Die Lage ist ideal und perfekt. Jedoch sind die Zimmer schon sehr klein - zu zweit ist es ziemlich eng - und extrem hellhörig. Leider ist zwischen Bad und Zimmer auch nur eine Schiebetür die nicht vollständig schliesst. Zum Frühstück gibt es Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und süsse Teilchen. Es sind auch mehrere sehr gute Cafes in der Umgebung mit tollen Frühstücksangeboten."

"A conveniently located boutique hotel right off Grand Central. Room was a good size for NYC. Staff was lovely, decor is quaint. However the street noise was off the charts. I was on the 2nd floor right above the bar that is accessible off the lboby and street. Between the bar and crowd noise, the vaping/weed and then the trash haulers/compactors, it was not a pleasant sleeping experience. The windows absolutely need to be resealed and soundproofed - or ask for a room that is higher floor / away...

"Some of the staff were great, some were extremely ambivalent. It was extremely frustrating to have to wait for a deep feathered room upon arrival after having requested it three or four times in messages prior to our arrival. It made us late to our event. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is terrible and there's no option for high speed. The room was well decorated the sheets were clean. The towels were fine, the bathroom was clean."

"Nice room for the three of us, two queen beds, clean and comfortable, good restaurant and good scene at rooftop bar, helpful staff, good Location walking distance to everything in midtown, Times Swusre, Grand central, etc. only negative is room rates are high. "

"Not fancy, but all good and excellent location within walking distance of MOMA, Central Park, subway, and Broadway plays. Nice sitting room on 2nd floor where our group of 6 ate pizza and played games one night. Empty water bottles available in some halls to fill with filtered water. Would definitely stay here on a future visit."

"Water went out onto the bathroom floor because the door could not be closed properly. Even though I reported and technician fixed it. The water still went out. I need to dry the floor every time after taking a shower. Housekeeping left a dirty cleaning cloth on the nightstand. No extra toilet paper and a full box of facial tissue. I called for them and waited for over 3 hours to get them. My worst hotel experience!"
