"The bedroom and bathroom were both really clean, and the bathroom was well-stocked with plenty of towels and essentials. The bed and pillows were super comfortable—I woke up feeling well rested. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better."

"O’ e stayed at this property before and everything was great! This time around, the live TV wasn’t working and there was a stain on the sheets that led me to believe they weren’t changed…"

"Overall the location is great and the room's were fairly clean, but I did notice tons of staining on our interior side of the door like it's never been wiped. Looked like someone had spilt something trying to open the door. The bed was comfy, though the duvet felt thin. I think I was most disappointed with the cost. I thought it was a good deal, but after the facility fee AND taxes, it was actually really high for such a small room."

"They position it as a resort-style luxury experience, but it is far from that. It is really just a basic standard hotel stay with small rooms. So the value just isn't there, especially when you're paying a nightly resort fee for a place that has little to no amenities and minimal service. Even if they give you the $20 day credit, it doesn't outweigh just staying somewhere else. It's not in a crowded area with service that just doesn't compare to what else is in the area for the exact same price....

"Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located."

"It was good for what I needed which was just one night to rest my head, but walking into the room, had a mildew smell to it…when I turned the AC on, the smell went away. Pillows were very flat, couldn’t really get comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t really like the eggs at all. Not too many other options either. Overall stay was just okay. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
