"No frills accommodation but perfectly equipped for a short stay.
Room share a bathroom on a 1:3 ratio approximately and this wasnt an issue for my stay.
Host is lovely and very attentitive.

Walking distance to local shop, pub and a few chinese takeaways.
Area is quiet, bar the seagulls, but for me the rooms are perfect.

"Conveniently located, 2 to 3 miles, outside Edinburgh central area. Easy access by tram, bus, taxi and Uber. Fantastic British breakfast daily. Clean rooms. Yes, small, like a cruise ship. But great accommodation. Great price. Terrific staff. Loved this stay. "
