"My husband and I stay here every time we come to visit family. The location is perfect due to it being so close to the airport, the included breakfast is very nice, and the hotel is near places to eat/visit. My only gripe is that the room sometimes does smell wet/moldy. Also, the pillows are extremely flat/ uncomfortable."

The biggest downside was that the rooms were very small, and they definitely could have been cleaner. With a little more attention to cleanliness, it would have made the stay much better. "Good morning. I was very disappointed on how General Manager Mr. John Paulis handled my bed bug situation. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the North Charleston, SC Airport area and never got bitten by bed bugs. This hotel is the most uncleaned hotel I’ve stayed at in the Charleston, SC area. I reported it to the needed and the required. If I post pictures, no-one would stay at this uncleaned, poorly maintained hotel that appears to hold less standards than a motel.
