"The older part of the complex is viewless and the rooms reminded me of a nursing home. Once moved closer to check-in, the rooms were better though still had some odd floorplans. The suites where my fellow travelers stayed, were upgraded and very nice. We had rented several rooms and none of them were in the same building. Check-in was also delayed. "

"Staff was friendly, room was clean and 24 hour gym was a plus. Facility a little dated but overall very good service. "

"I wouldn’t bother staying here again. A ‘hotel’ where there is no cleaning, not even alternate days. We had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. No spare towels, we used the same for 3 days and had to share 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth. The microwave was filthy with food splattered all over it. The ceiling is so thin we could hear every movement above (floors creaked, bed squeaked) and the trains are constant which can’t be helped. Bathroom curtain ripped and smelly from a drippy old shower. This hotel certainly needs a lot of work to be updated. The tv was basic channels, no tv guide and no option for any other services. On the upside, the beds were comfortable."

"Everything about Little America was better than expected. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel location (just off the freeway), the on-site amenities, quality of the food - all impressive. Definitely will be coming back!"

"The room was in awful shape. I took pictures to show front desk to ensure I wasn’t going to get charged. Hair dryer was hanging off the wall, towel bar parts missing, water stains/holes all around the mirror. The girl who checked me in was not very friendly. I had to ask about when breakfast was. Would never recommend this place. "

"The wi-fi is weak and no dogs allowed on the property which is unusual and inconvenient for the outdoor environment that Sedona is. The cost was not worth the stay."
