"Friendly staff, felt welcomed and cared for. Complimentary cookies from morning to night from their full service resturant near by. Borrowed beach chair/umberalla from hotel (relatively rare) and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Only downside, breakfast which was same menu everyday. "

"Not much of a breakfast. Cheap and not cheerful. The coffee is awful. I love a coffee in the morning but this was hot water, well warm, with a few sprinkles of coffee. They run out of hot water to make tea and Swiss Miss hit chocolate mix. Don’t make your decision on their fake breakfast. Pool bar staff absolutely delightful. "

"This place is very cute and the front desk staff is amazing and attentive. Easy to find and check in. Pool is clean and it’s nice having towels provided. All beach supplies provided as well which was amazing! Newly remodeled but a few things I would suggest to make it even better. Our faucet was very loose in the kitchen. The coffee creamers provided were curdled but the desk quickly brought us new. No TVs in bedrooms which was a bummer when it was raining. Also no mirror in the master bedroom,...

"Walls are paper-thin. Neighbors sounded like they were in my room. Until 3 am. Was told I had a corner room, but I did not. Refrigerator in the room sounded like a deisel engine. No sleep. Otherwise, the staff was outstanding and nice. It is a nice hotel, just very poor soundproofing. "

"This place is rough. Got a room and ended up checking out within a few hours and eating the money. Rooms are heavily outdated and don’t feel clean. Whole property needs some help. It was a rainy day and we ended up with a pool in the room through the closed sliding door. I would not recommend staying here. "

"The breakfast did not include scrambled eggs or a variety of fruit. The water coming out of the shower and sink makes it impossible to rinse off soap properly. It is strange—it feels as if the water itself contains soap; when we rub our hands together, it lathers up, and for this reason, we are unable to rinse off soap and shampoo effectively. It is a good hotel, however; the facilities are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, and the staff is very friendly."

"Nasty room that smelled like stale cigarettes, Curtains were tire and dirty, door was rusted, outlets didn’t work, plugs fell out. I got sick from the smell so we had to check out and find another place for the second night. Very disappointed and would not recommend."
