"Wij kwamen pas begin van de avond aan, en werd vriendelijk ontvangen door de dame van de receptie. Kamer was op de bovenste verdieping en was schoon en zag er mooi uit. Wij hebben daar ontbeten. Er was een ruime keuze eten en drinken. Was erg lekker. Zeker een aanrader."

"Wichtigster Punkt: Das "Doppelbett" ist max. 130cm breit, also viel zu schmal für 2 Personen! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1.OG zur Strasse: Der Verkehr direkt unterhalb des Fensters ist sehr laut. Motorradfahrer und getunte Autos drehen hier gerne nochmal ordentlich laut auf. Kein Zimmerservice, wir waren 3 Nächte dort, die Zimmer wurden nicht hergerichtet, war aber für uns okay, weil mit den kleinen Koffern am Boden das Zimmer komplett ausgefüllt war. "Parking was limited but luckily got a space, a bit of a faff to sort but explained really well. Room needs some modifying, bathroom ceiling was quite bad, skirting board falling off in bathroom and the flush was hard. "

"The corner house was a great find staff were great we had a deluxe double and it was large spotless and quiet and comfortable and a bonus of free parking breakfast was fantastic absolutely everything you wanted"

"Friendly staff, comfortable clean beds, beds sockets, good shower, ground floor rooms with easy parking. The only downside was there was no food available due to awaiting a new chef fortunately I found out the day before so we didn’t just find out on check in also there was a catering van onsite in the evening we checked in."

"Stayed in the manor house although checked in at the Club reception. No restaurant open, just the Club cafe, which was disappointing. Huge room and huge, comfy bed with large bathroom."

"I really enjoyed this property for two nights. It was a self check in - check out. A packed breakfast was left in the room with fresh fruit , orange juice and milk including teas and coffee packets. Very handy for our visit to Stonehenge."

A wonderful old building so there are some oddly shaped corridors as you'd expect but they only add charm to what is already a fabulous location and venue.
