"Room was beautiful and clean and the staff was helpful. Hotel is in a great spot, situated downtown and down the block from Fergs Sports Bar and easy walking distance to Tropicana Field. Only slight complaints was that the bed was small, I thought they were advertising a larger size and there was no hotel lobby, just a table set up by the elevators. Otherwise everything was great and I’d definitely stay there again"

"The room were clean, but the bed was not made up thoroughly it also seems to have a tilt to it, I stayed in the suite that looked a little outdated and the couch sleeper slightly old. But the breakfast was good and parking was convenient. "

"I stayed 3 days and they never cleaned my room. I was local and just sent a 40 foot container to the Philippines and was waiting for as flight to Brazil. The front desk guy reallty helped me but otherwise.... It was a bed to reat my head that was it."

"Second night of my stay I had a knock on my door at 4am stating that I texted this person to come over. My daughter and I had NO knowledge of who this person was. I called the front desk several times and did not get and answer. I called IGH that night and several times while I was in Tampa and all that’s happening is I’m getting the run around. I was told I would get a call from the hotel manager and an email from holiday inn explaining what happened and I yet to receive anything from anyone. The big lady that came barging in should have never been able to come to my room. You need a key fob to get into the hotel lobby and she was let in by the front door staff. What business does anyone have at 4am other than a “working girl”! This should have never happened and we are furious! Even more furious because holiday inn will not do anything about it. They claim it was both parties fault that this happened. How could it be my fault when we were both sleeping and I had no idea who this person was. Even if I did that means I would have gone to the lobby and let this person in the hotel which never happened. I think what would have happened if my daughter answered the door instead of me! Don’t let this happen to you or your family! I would not stay there or at any other Holiday Inn because if something like this should happen to you they would not take any responsibility! STAY AWAY FROM HOLIDAY INNS OR EXPRESS! THEY ARE HERE JUST FOR YOUR MONEY NOT FOR YOUR SAFETY! THEY SUCK!!!"

"We had a pleasant overnite stay to attend a Tampa Bay Rays ball game and without doubt we will be using this motel several more times for 1 -3 nite stays during this current major league (MLB) baseball season, very close, 10 minutes, 5 miles from Tropicana Field William and Kathleen"

"Yes you have hot breakfast but me and my husband got sick the quality was not good the eggs was not fully cooked and hash browns taste like plastic and the other hand the staff wasn’t friendly I went to ask for a extra towel and they look at me like I had 2 heads. "
