"The room were clean, but the bed was not made up thoroughly it also seems to have a tilt to it, I stayed in the suite that looked a little outdated and the couch sleeper slightly old. But the breakfast was good and parking was convenient. "

I was taking a shower after coming from the beach and the water just cut off. Front desk was no help. I had to wait till the next day for the maintenance to fix it. I ended up switching rooms to the first floor but it was the same. Barely a trickle of water. Housekeeping is the worse. It's like no one ever inspects the rooms. I...

"I stayed 3 days and they never cleaned my room. I was local and just sent a 40 foot container to the Philippines and was waiting for as flight to Brazil. The front desk guy reallty helped me but otherwise.... It was a bed to reat my head that was it."

"Second night of my stay I had a knock on my door at 4am stating that I texted this person to come over. My daughter and I had NO knowledge of who this person was. I called the front desk several times and did not get and answer. I called IGH that night and several times while I was in Tampa and all that’s happening is I’m getting the run around. I was told I would get a call from the hotel manager and an email from holiday inn explaining what happened and I yet to receive anything from anyone....

"The hotel location was close to highways and downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants. The style of the hotel and room was fun. The suite was spacious, but the bathroom very tight, sink area had no working room and the shower was broken. Most of the staff were accommodating. In a class of her own, Larissa was totally engaged and enthusiastically tried to anticipate and fulfill every need. The parking lot while free, was very cramped and dusty."

"Old property with lots of charm. Bed is comfortable, shower good. Innkeepers friendly and helpful. Adequate breakfast and happy hour beverages provide opportunity to chat with other guests from US and Europe. Lots of museums, restaurants, coffee shops and bookstores within easy walking distance (less than a mile). Will definitely come back. "

"Clean room, and bar downstairs. Great food. But after about my 3rd or 4th night at this hotel, they did move me to the room right under the club. Loud music of course, and no sleep. It was clear they wanted me to go"
