"The property and price was good however the AC made a horrible sound every 45 minutes approximately. This made sleeping difficult. This issue along with others were reported and we were told they would come but no one did the entire time we were there. I think overall it would have been a good experience if not for the unresolved issues."

"We checked in with a request for a quiet room as we have a big event the next day. When we checked in we don't feel noise from the sky although it's close to Dulles airport. However, it turns out that the sound insulation is very poor. At night both of us were awakened by big noises next door. I can clearly hear all the talks of our neighbors and the noise from their activities. It's as if all of us are living in one big room. I think there's serious construction deficiencies in this hotel....
