"Horrible customer service"

"Great beach. Many pools. Very spacious bedrooms, living room and full kitchen. Large bathrooms. Lots of activities. Would have liked a restaurant on property for breakfast. Marriott needs to spend a few more bucks on toilet paper (not a joke)."

"The hallways are wide open motel style which makes the hallways extremely hot and lets bugs in. The room was small but adequate. Our air conditioner in our room did not drain properly and our entire rug was soaked. They did come try to dry it with a machine. Also found a rusty razor blade under the bed. It was extremely close to the beach. Just a 9 minute walk to the beach and coligny plaza. It is in a great location."

"I feel like I was deceived upon searching and reading on expedia.com this hotel seemed very clean and convenient for what I needed. I was traveling with 2 year old toddler and upon arrival the room did not have a microwave, the room’s air conditioning temperature was very warm, the refrigerator was not working and the room’s floor had hair on the corners and crevices of the bathroom. "This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B...
