"i booked 2 rooms of the same kind . 1 king bed .
but the rooms i got were pretty different . 1 had a sofa and better lights but the other one was very dull and didnt had a sofa . I just dont get , if i book a room and while checking in i dont get the room i booked . what is the point of reservation. i could have argued and sat there fighting but didnt wanted to waste my time on that .
but its very disappointing.
also the breakfast was ok and they usually run out of food . and we had to wait...

"Ice machine didn't work only 1 microwave that is located in lobby food area. Breakfast was ok. The shower had a peeling ceiling. I was initially charged an additional $100 for incidental. Then by time the morning came u was charged an additional 42 dollars for what reason I don't know. I was originally told I would be refunded the next day. I checked in Saturday checked out Sunday, today is Tuesday and still have not received refund. Terrible customer service outside of check in or check out...

"Boutique hotel close to capital - we walked. Car parking was $50 per day for us. Bed was comfortable, bathroom tiny with very little vanity area. Breakfast was included and had ample options & staff who kept area cleaned up. Can get crowded, get their early. Get room that does not face the road to avoid traffic noises. Always homeless in the area including in lobby and across the street so just be aware it is common in downtown area. They will hold luggage on check out day which is nice."
