"If you only want to sleep between 1am and 5am then this is the hotel for you. The metro runs underneath the hotel and so it is all you can hear and feel, as it vibrates the room. When you need to be refreshed for a day of sight seeing, this is not good at all. The room and hotel are clean, the only downside is you cannot sleep. We did not have breakfast, so cannot comment."

"An excellent stay in the heart of Paris. The hotel is perfect, very quiet and staff very helpful. Strongly recommended! A tiny hiccup though as we booked an early dinner at the restaurant at 18h30 (slot was available from the booking system). When we turned up, we were told there was no service before 19:00. There were plenty of alternatives in the area so this ended up not being an issue. "

"Not child friendly. Staff were rude and u helpful from arrival to departure. If you book a single family room on Expedia you will get 2 rooms and no scope for moving even a camp bed in for small child. Children were made to feel unwelcome. We were told we could use the pool but then got told off for having children in the pool by other visitors you should not offer ‘family’ provision if you want to be an adult only hotel. Whilst the hotel is nice and decor/environment nice, it’s completely uninclusive for single parent travelling with young children. Despite the fact I flagged concerns prior to arrival, and was reassured, the experience was not great. Also, it’s not the nicest walk to Gard du Nord (with kids and suitcases) so not as convenient as it first appeared. "

"The WiFi was fast enough. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and consistent. It was nice seeing the same faces daily and there were plenty of them to assist any guest. My room was very clean and nice. I did not try breakfast any given day. My only complaint would be that there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby or anywhere that I could see besides having to go to restaurant area, that's the only amenity not available."

"Room were great but very hot. The room temperature control does not work Windows are locked. This cannot open the windows The facility is very clean. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable"

"Great vslue for money. Hotel is clean, room was nice and warm with aircon/heating to set up a temperature. Only 3 metro stops from Gare du Nord. Metro just a few minutes walk from hotel. Next to the entrance to the hotel there is a supermarket Carrefour (located in the same building) Breakfast was delicious! You can leave your bags in the locker on check out and collect them later, which was very convenient. We can recomment local restaurant La Piccola Sicilia, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Great pizza!"
