"Stated at the colts neck inn, check in was fantastic based on the wonderful customer service. The location is great with lots of shops in the area to include 2 coffee shops and of course Delicious Orchards."

"We got locked out of the room soon after arrival. The interior security lock was loose and it slipped into lock position when we exited. Went to the front desk to report this and the maintenance man quickly arrived. Jason knew exactly how to fix it (had to saw the lock off and then replace it.) He did mention that this had happened before. We suggest that all room locks be checked to prevent this from happening. "Room was clean with reasonable appliances and furniture and I was able to get extra towels as needed without issue but everything else was not good. The breakfast was not edible, front desk not helpful, laundry room and machines absolutely disgusting. Maybe it’s new owners and they are still figuring it out? Will not return."

"The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there."
