"We stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Bethesda Downtown after a long day at a volleyball tournament, and while the hotel initially looked nice, the experience was extremely disappointing. "This hotel has everything you need. It is connected to the Metro, the breakfast is incredible with the best omelette I ever had and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was great too. You can’t beat all that for the amazing price for a nice family weekend away. We will be back. "

"I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind, Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password. "My experience was fine. I felt safe and well taken care of. The desk clerk Sunny was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The gentleman was very good too. "Everything was great! No problems with late check in, no problems with check out. Pool was warm and provided towels. Breakfast was amazing and we woke up early just to eat otherwise we would’ve slept in all morning on those comfy beds. Only complaint i have was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door leading to the master bedroom. "For a budget hotel it’s not bad , it’s just shabby. It could definitely use some TLC. The bathroom was worn and chipped in places and old. The bed was clean and comfortable.
