"First off the location was amazing! Short distance to the train and the Eiffel Tower! The coffee machine in the lobby was a lifesaver and very delicious. The staff was nice, but didn’t even know about things going on in the city. There is a big market right behind the Eiffel Tower a 10 minute walk from the hotel and they had no idea what it was. I just think with it being such a tourist spot that they should know what’s going on in town or at least around the hotel. The A/C didn’t work in the room and when I said something they said oh it’s out right now, but it was never fixed for the entire stay if you have an air conditioner out, I would think you would have someone there working on it within a day or so to fix it. We were lucky that we had cool nights and we could open the window, but I can’t imagine if it was hot outside it would’ve been pretty miserable in the tight rooms. We had an 8 night stay the room is small my wife and I had our luggage a carry-on and a backpack, there’s no dresser to unpack your things and nowhere to store your luggage so it was packed in the room. It’s was very cramped. We were not in the room much so it wasn’t a huge deal but it should be known. This would be a great 2-3 day stay (if the air worked or it’s not hot)."

"Yeah! 5floor was perfect view to look effiel tower though window. Coffee and dessert served by staff. Clean condition .air condition control by self. Microwave and kitchen tool are able to use ."

"The staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was fine. The only thing I would have made me so much happier had their policy allowed for early check in, once the rooms were cleaned. Being up for close to 36 hours is difficult. I offered to pay extra for early check in and that was not an option. They did store baggage. "

"The view from this room was amazing. However, based on what I paid, it should have been a lot nicer. They could put some money we are spending into making things better. I mean, I have to go get my own towels? I also tried to cancel 5 days before and would lose all my money. There wasn’t availability at the hotel I was staying at, but a spot opened up. The smell in the room was very strong and smelled like an air freshener. It gave me a headache. I searched for the source, but couldn’t find it. Maybe it was a cleaning product? I definitely won’t stay at this hotel brand again. Very disappointing! Especially since my last place was so good and cost less! 😕"

"We definitely weren’t able to stay as long as we would have liked to due to flights being delayed. This was not the hotel’s fault at all. The location was very convenient and accessible to food and shopping. Place was roomy but very dated."

"It was an okay hotel, close to the Eiffel Tower. The A/C only worked once. But overall, it was okay ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give them 3 stars. "
