"This property was amazing. Beautiful spaces, lovely lounge area, large bedroom and bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was clean and freshly decorated. The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything that you need, the village of Stockbridge had all that we could have needed. It was especially well placed for visits to the Royal Botanic Gardens (not to be missed!). There is no parking directly at the property, and...

"The hotel is in a quiet street but still not far from the main Princess Street or the beautiful area of Deans Village. It’s a fabulous old-world hotel with big wooden staircases and very well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We would certainly recommend it for a visit to Edinburgh."

"Tigerlily Edinburgh Hotel is beautiful with great service from room maintenance to check in and out to restaurant staff. Could have easily been a 5 star rating.
Our room #20 was NOT good, probably would have been a dealbreaker although we lived with its many issues because it was just easier for us to leave it than go through any hassle. Creaking floors (video attached), poor water pressure at the sink (video attached), weird light configuration, poor TV reception, torn curtains (pic attached),...

"Hotel was easy to find, staff were all exceptional and rooms were clean. Things to be aware of…they have rooms in the main building and rooms in the building across the street. Buildings are secure and safe, however you cannot take drinks across the street so if you want a glass of wine in bed it’s not possible. Also parking is about a10-15min walk from the hotel."
