"The room was spacious, so clean do not smell like all property or all carpet.. I got a Large room double bed and the windows where so big from the ceiling to the floor, it cost a little more them the others hotel in the area, but it worst it... I am definitely coming back... ( very quiet, mattress very comfortable too... I don't think they microwave in the room ( I have not find it yet) we plant to stay for one night but the room so pleasant and decided to stay for two."

"My husband and I had a lovely stay at Sandman this weekend. The hotel was quiet and within a short walking distance to the Cineplex, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade to the premium suite since it was our first time there. We also got late checkout at no extra cost. Except for forgetting to leave a pen (the front desk gave me one), this was the perfect room. The desk was out of the way but on wheels for when I needed it. "I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden."
