"Nice sized room with a sofa that was a great touch. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Keurig in the room, which was a great feature as I was there for 4 nights. The evening staff was very kind. I was there while I was working night shift so I didn’t interact with the day shift staff often, so I cannot comment on their helpfulness. It is a quiet location, right next to an interstate on ramp so getting places was simple. The only downside is that the hotel is dated and a bit run down on the floors and in the room. That is a minor downside as everything is in working condition and available. Overall it was the best lodging that I had while working in Providence. I had been using Airbnb, which was so awful that I have completely sworn off that platform for life. So thank you, Holiday Inn for salvaging my experience. "

"The room was clean. But the shower knob was already broken, the bathtub floor had a massive air pocket. The night staff was passed out in lobby when I was checking out had to call the phone. Took the woman 5 minutes to get up lousy service. The room was very clean, but the walls paper thin."

"Do not stay here, not at all worth it. Ocean view was a tiny window next to the main street, no curtains in the window. Do not stay on the second floor, we were woken up by the cleaning staff at 8am Sunday yelling and running through the hallway for half hour or more. Shower is also horrible."

"The gentleman working the night shift was one of the best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was so friendly, gave great recommendations and went out of his way to make us feel welcome!!!! Hope to return soon for another stay."

"For an overnight stay after a late arrival, it was a great hotel. Room was well appointed and clean, staff was helpful, and breakfast was good. Also, I used the fitness center for about an hour, and found it well equipped, clean, and very useful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
