"Quirky boutique-style hotel in midtown, 24 hr gym, in-room workout station, complimentary coffee machines and flavored water in the lobby. On site restaurant and bar with very reasonable prices and tasty food. I ding them on the limited elevators (so try to avoid upper floors if you can) and the coffee machine in my room didn’t work. But otherwise great stay, I’d go back. "

"The room was clean, and room service was daily. My biggest issue was the room had no fridge, which makes staying a week for work tougher but it was a comfortable, spacious room and bed with a good bathroom and great location next to Grand Central"

The rooms themselves are tiny, extremely noisy in terms of the building/pipes/aircon etc, the ‘gym’ isn’t a gym… staff were ok nothing special
Overall the price didn’t match the hotel which is the reason for the low score. If you’re from the UK this hotel is similar to a travelodge. "
