"We have stayed her many times over the years, This visit was such a disappointment. We arrived to some sort of ruckus where staff was outside to make sure things didn't get out of hand. I had a broken leg and asked someone if they had a luggage cart and they were unhelpful and told us to ask the desk. One of the staff did feel bad about everything that was going on and help us bring all our thing to our room. Once inside we notice the rug was quite stained, no hangers in the closet onlyb one...
