"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tv remote control had been broken by the previous guests, so we were unable to watch tv. The owner told us she had ordered a new one and it arrived on the Saturday afternoon. She brought it up to our room straight away and ensured it was all working. The breakfast was excellent on both mornings. The guest house is an old building, with wooden doors, that do require updating and the furniture in the rooms is of low quality. Our room...

"This guest house is near all the main attractions. We stayed for 5 days we left the house keeping sign on door twice room wasn't cleaned but replenished with tea bags milk and water.No clean bedding or towels we had to ask for clean towels on the last day.it was a very hot week and disappointed that no clean bedding was supplied the breakfast was adequate but didn't like the fact that were eating breakfast while the previous guests dirty plates hadn't been removed from the tables"

"We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again"

"I was greeted on arrival by a Xia and Brian, a warm and welcoming couple. My room was only a single, it was very clean and fresh, the bed was extremely comfortable and smelt lovely. It’s really handy for the shops and the beach and the pier are not too far away. Would definitely book again if I was going to go again."

"An amazing place in such a beautiful setting. Great walks right out the door, easy trip to town. I'd STRONGLY recommend getting their breakfast - you won't need lunch. Massive portions and delicious. The owners are super friendly and really make you feel at home. If you have a big vehicle I'd suggest street parking (there is lots) as the parking is tight, but totally fine for small(ish) cars. A wonderful experience."

"The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money."
