"The hotel itself needs to be updated, very poor condition and the room was less than welcoming. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, and bedding had stains and rips. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there."

"The room could have been cleaner. It was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was fine. We are gold level Wyndham members and asked for late check out and were denied. We left a little bit after 11."

"On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up...

"I could tell the room had not been vacuumed in quite a while, and there were a hair or two in the shower. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds but actually had 1 queen and 1 full size I believe. One bed was smaller than the other. Other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast was good, and stocked well and the staff were helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was not open which was a bummer, and the coffee machine had gone down when we wanted coffee but they got it up and running same day! Would def come back if we make it out to Nashville again!"

"To start when we checked in, I asked a question about a charge and they explained it, but then in another language, made a comment amongst themselves and laughed, found them very rude. The first night there were issues with the air conditioner and had to have maintenance come fix it. The maintenance guy was great, quick and helpful then had to have him come back 10 minutes later because the door wouldn’t close completely and could not lock I will say the staff we’re very nice just the front desk...

"Upon arrival we found a BED BUG alive, walking on the bed! (3rd floor) We brought the insect to the front desk and requested to see another room. After inspecting the bed of a room of the first floor, we found evidence (dark spots/feces under the mattress) that there were bed bugs on that room too. We requested a refund, witch was granted, and left the hotel as quickly as possible. This hotel as a BED BUG INFESTATION."

"What a lovely stay we have had. The staff at the front desk from the moment we arrived have been helpful and friendly. All the staff that we met from the kitchen staff and the house keeping team have been so helpful, friendly and kind. The addition of massage chairs, free to use was a lovely addition to our stay. "When we checked in our room the door to the hall way would not lock. You could push it open with your hand. The staff laughed at us about the security of the room. We were staying for 3 nights. My spouse is a Carpenter by trade. He put a Screw Driver under the door frame so the door would lock. The jetted tub did not work. It did not have a plug to fill it up. The shower leaked water all over the bath room floor. We had to put down two towels each time to take a shower. The staff still...
