"Had such a great stay here! Huge thanks to the staff and management for such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely friendly and always happy to help with anything. We were even checked in early at no extra charge, which was a really nice touch after travelling. The complimentary bottled water and port wine were a lovely surprise too. Location is spot on, couldn’t have asked for better. Overall just a superb experience. It honestly makes me want to come back to Lisbon...

Lovely rooftop pool area and cute library as well snug. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. In a nice area, a little walk from the hubbub but we prefer that. "

It’s in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of good restaurants and shops, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and accommodating. Our room (403) was well-sized, particularly for Europe, had good views, good closet space, and while only steps from the rooftop bar, good sound proofing."
