It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom. "Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. "
