"The parking lot was FULL 2 nights out of the 4 nights that I stayed, requiring my car to be illegally parked when I arrived at night. The lot is not that big anyway. The room servant came the LAST night I was there. Someone should come on the 2nd night of a stay. I don't like to use the same towel every night. "Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. "
