"We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we connected with Ganga before arriving, we knew we were in great hands. We were traveling with a school group, and she went above and beyond to guide us step-by-step through the district payment process, making everything smooth and stress-free. When we arrived, Ganga and the entire staff welcomed us like family. Their warmth, attentiveness, and positive energy truly made it feel like we were walking into a home, not just a hotel. They were incredibly accommodating to our entire team and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, after long competition days, that made a huge difference for our group. We also loved taking advantage of the pool and BBQ area. Being able to host a BBQ for our students was such a special highlight and created memorable moments for everyone. The location is perfect, close to the speedway and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and establishments, which made everything so convenient for our group. The lobby is also a huge plus, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for us to meet and work together during the five days we stayed. Convenient to use washer and dryer in laundry. We are so grateful for such an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back next year when we compete again. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel is SUPER clean and smell really good (clean). You can’t reach hotel staff by their text messages so you will have to go to front desk for help with anything but otherwise really good hotel."

"Other than the broken elevator, the srsy was amazing"

"We booked a non smoking king bed suite. We checked in and when we opened our door we couldn’t even walk in as the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We went to the front desk immediately and were told there were no rooms left. The staffs response was “do you want us to spray feebreeze”. There was nothing else they could do for us other than refund us our money. They didn’t even apologize or assist in finding another hotel. We will never book this hotel again when visiting UNCC and we will not book a Raddison again based on the staff and experience."

"Our room was comfortable but the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a used town, used cup and plastic trash on the sink. Only had one clean towel to shower for two people. It was late when we checked in and staff were leaving for the night so there was no one to ask for another towel. The room itself was clean. You have to take your trash out to the dumpster yourself. It is located on the far edge of the parking lot. They only had two luggage racks, the one we had to use was terrible with the wheels locking up and kept falling over dumping our luggage and bags. The biggest thing was the $160 incidental fee that they said would be refunded when we checked out. Our room was prepaid online so was not expecting that big of fee for one night. Front desk didn't open up until 10:00 so we dropped the key off on the counter when we left. Sure hope that large incidental fee gets refunded as they said it would."

"Breakfast need waffles"

"Shower was dirty. The door would move when other rooms door shut. The windows were terrible. It sounded like we were sleeping next to an interstate during rush hour. Didn't hardly sleep. "

"They had late light dinner. Soda fountain. My kids described it as very bougie. The bed 2 excellent. Breakfast was solid. Good stay. Would definitely stay there again."
