"The staff is very rude and dont care about your well being except for Nicole she is very sweet and caring Sylvia is the most meanest person I ever met she doesn't want to do her job at all and doesn't care about the customers and she complains about everything especially when she has to go get customers clean linens and when she has to check you in i would not recommend this hotel to anyone "

There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. "Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors "
