"Nice looking hotel. Rooms really nice , bed comfortable, nice bathroom with good shower pressure. Decent wifi speeds. Full English breakfast, loads of choice, we'll presented. Would recommend if you're playing at Dusk till Dawn poker club, 15 min drive away. Loads of parking"

"The room could use a good cleaning, especially around the windows and lights. The junior suite lacked air conditioning so a fan was provided on request. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location offering a peaceful night’s sleep, plenty of restaurants and helpful friendly staff. I asked for extra water which was provided but it would be better if it was always available in the room given the hot weather. The sink water is drinkable but I’m not comfortable with that. "Stayed here many times, but my god , please consider installing air con for the warmer months and also a fridge in the rooms would be a great idea. Breakfast was good as always, a pint was a little bit pricey compared to nearby pubs, but all in all , it’s a great location and a nice hotel."

"Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂). "Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money."

"I booked this property cautiously, because it seemed too good to be true...£70 for the suite on the Friday of bank holiday weekend, including dog & continental breakfast!
