Good place the rooms actually good and clean the carpets in the corridors old . Daily room service . Some of the electric outlet does not work . Rooms has tv good size refrigerator and microwave . Nice swiming pool but not clear what is the operation hours and how to access it ?

I book a room that had 2 beds and accessible with the safety bars I. The bathroom with a fold down bench. When I checked in it did not have that it was a normal standard room we had to switch rooms because the room was not cleaned properly the bathroom light didn't work there was writing on the mirror and garage in the trash cans and black paint marks all over the walls. So I call the desk clerk and he put my mom in a room on the main floor and myself and my kids in a different room on the 2nd floor it was concerning being on different floors because if something would happen I wouldn't know. So they moved myself to the main floor as well. Wasn't thrilled to be in separate rooms but we would make it work. My mom's room had no towels so she couldn't even shower if she wanted to and what looked like mold all over the ceiling by the bathroom. In my room the TV didn't work the phone didn't work and was marked with the wrong room number. We had ants everywhere and bugs flying around. As for the hotel the property had soaking wet floors on the carpet witch was a safety issue if you went to walk on the tile. And there was a naked man sun bathing in the parking lot. Dog poop right outside the side entrance that ended up on the rug in side the door. We had to due to a family issue. So we checked out the next morning and I asked for a refund for our second night and have been give the run around. Was not happy with the say but we made the one night work.

We were put into a room on the 3rd floor and discovered none of the light switches worked. There was a burn hole in the comforter in a non smoking room. They had cheap fluorescent work lights as their room lights. The window screen was torn. We were then moved to a 1st floor room. None of the outlets worked. The floor length mirror was held to the wall with caulking. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable and we only had 2 very flat pillows. I could not sleep. They had an indoor pool but you could not get in with your room key. Apparently we needed to go down to the desk and then ask for someone to let us into the pool. It showed in the lobby that there would be free coffee in the morning... There was NONE! No complimentary bathroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner. Only little bars of soap. All of the outside entrances were not secured, even though there were card readers on them. My husband went to go outside at 11pm and found a homeless man sitting on the stairs inside the building. We planned to stay 2 nights, but after not sleeping all night, we left the next morning. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. I realize it's not an expensive hotel, but have some PRIDE!

Clean room the cleaning lady was absolutely the sweetest but there was no fridge no microwave in the rooms just in the lobby.

The hallway smelled like urine and it was disappointing the refrigerator didn’t work the microwave didn’t work or have the plate. By far the worst experience I have ever had.

Remodeling was a crap job. Building stunk of pet odors and weed. Only nice thing was the shower. Only needed a place to sleep but that was a bad experience also. Bed was like sleeping on concrete.

When i checked in the person at the desk acted annoyed that i rang the bell. The room ended up being more than what it was said to be on the website. When i got in the room it was freezing, i had to have the heat cranked all the way to keep it warm in the room. The floor was dirty. No microwave or fridge. No remote for the tv, i had to go to the desk and ask for one and was looked at like i was annoying him again. There was a dog barking in the hall in the early morning.

La habitacion que nos habian brindado era 319 no habria la puerta , luego nos asiganaron otra que el heat no servia y mis niños estuvieron aguantando frio luego por la mañana que tomamos un baño encontramos unos animalitos como chinches siempre habia acudido a este hotel años anteriores pero esta vez vengo muy decepcionada

Had to wait at check in counter for 20 minutes before he came. He was rude and not very polite. We didn’t even stay there had to go get a room somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone
