"Breakfast was great. The omlete station was amazing. The staff at the restaurant was super nice. The manager does a supurb job. The evening reception has several mixed drinks you could chose from, beers, wine, and light snacks. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool was warm. The front staff and house cleaning were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and large enough to spread out our bags. The location is right above a metro which made travel to the national mall easy. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Trader joes is in the same building so you can grab snacks for the room. Overall, one of the best hotels Ive stayed in. I would definitely recommend for families. "

"The laundry and clean crew are loud- with the carts going over the sidewalk. Guest laundry was out of order and front office staff should know that. Would not stay here for long stay. Not many options for food, supplies around. The delivery option ends at 10:00 and many people arrive on late flights, by the time you get here there is no food options "

"Elevator was so cold, didn’t get notice of fire alarm drill, when alarm went off I thought it was real, I was in PJ and ran to the parking lot with bare feet it was 11F next day got sick."

"Everything was clean and in order. Check-in was smooth. We had two small dogs, so I guess we were out in the pet wing as we could hear other dogs. They provided dog treats and had a dedicated pet area in back near the parking where there’s a side walk down to a pond with grass on each side. It was baby central at the pool but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good with omelettes made to order. WiFi and outlets were plentiful as well as places to work outside the room. Highly recommend."

"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this Hyatt property. I booked a room for March 6 but cancelled the reservation within about an hour after learning that my international travel plans had changed due to a major disruption overseas. A Hyatt representative even sent a waiver to the front desk confirming the charge should be waived. Despite cancelling immediately and never checking in or using the room, I was still charged. When I contacted the hotel, the manager refused to review the situation and stated that because the hotel was fully booked that night, a refund would not be issued. This was very frustrating, especially given the circumstances and the waiver that had already been sent. I have since escalated the issue to Hyatt corporate and hope they will resolve it fairly. I expected better customer service and understanding from a brand like Hyatt."
