"First off, this is a 700 year old building. I cannot even imagine having to maintain modern facilities in such an old property. That's where the deductions come off for cleanliness and maintenance. The positives: Friendly and helpful staff, absolutely prime location inside the Latin quarter. 30 seconds after leaving your room, you can be ordering a pint at the pub next door. They mention the noise in the description, but it wasn't really a big issue so long as you kept the windows...

"I booked a B & B as advertised on Expedia!! When learning there was no breakfast, i spoke to the owner. He took no responsibility for the false advertising saying that it was Expedia's fault. He said he has told them many times. He said they have not had breakfast in 3 years.
