"Location is excellent, right within the airport complex. The rooms are clean and quiet, despite being near the airport. The windows are thick and soundproof. The area feels safe, and we walk the neighborhood in the evening. Breakfast buffet is very good and the cafe is open long hours, great when you're catching an early flight. We stay here the night before our departure every trip and look forward to another visit."

"Very easy to get to and perfectly situated for an early, early flight out of Lisbon.
Wasn't keen on the pool's requirement to wear a swimming cap, so we didn't use the pool/sauna facilities.
The main restaurant opened a little late for dinner (6.30pm), considering most people are traveling odd hours. Bar food menu was ok, though, and the bar staff were great."

"It was night time that I asked the young lady that we did not have the ice bucket in our room, she was not very friendly, no expression of concern from her face and she told us to go to the reception. The lady in the reception told us that " I do not know why she told you to come to me"? Those 2 ladies were not very friendly.
Pedro I guess was the name of the guy who helped us with our luggage and he was very helpful and very friendly. He is on his 50's I guess. All in all this guy in oir short...

"My family of four stayed one night. It was spacious and clean. Storage for suitcases, mini fridge. Large bed and sofa bed to accomodate kids. Food was ok. There was a tiny lil roach in the bathroom that had my 3 year old son screaming for his life and he's still fearful of walking into the bathroom before checking. However overall it was a decent enough stay for us before heading to the airport later that day."
