"Please don't hide the kettle and cup's in the wardrobe I didn't see them until I was leaving The shower was excellent hot and powerful beds comfortable and the Room is warm if you turn the heating up "

"This is an affordable hotel for a family short stay, clean, appears to be recently refurbished, located in a muslim neighbourhood near a mosque not far from the city centre. Friendly staff. It doesn't have a parking place but they gave us a spot to leave our car overnight. It is good in general if you are looking for a cheap family room for a night or two."

"I can highly recommend this hotel. It is clean and in great condition. The staff are brilliant and the lovely lady on reception made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was fantastic and I would say it’s the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time 😊"

"Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and bathroom was clean - nice to have a bath and a shower. Lovely kingsize bed (and very comfy!) No fridge in the room though which was a shame when staying for more than a night or two. Appreciated the free WiFi and decent TV. The downside was the lack of information about room cleaning times over the Christmas period. We stayed for 5 nights/6 days and only got our room cleaned (and bins emptied) twice as we kept “missing” the cleaning window,...

"This easy hotel was okay for the price we paid for one night. However, after checking in and going out to the shops and for some food we got back to our room to find ants all over the shelving in between the beds. While the staff were helpful and gave us a fresh room on a different floor, which was slightly better size wise, I wasn’t impressed. It was my friends who got to the room first and found it how it was so I wasn’t there to deal with the situation myself. However, when I did arrive back...

"Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. "

"Really didn't enjoy our stay. The room was dirty especially around the windows and in poor state of repair with multiple chips in the basin. We had to climb a very old spiral staircase to get to the room which would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Finally we were given a choice of breakfast either at 7.15 am or 10.15 and nothing was available in between."

"Noisy and very cold room. Some outside air condition unit was making noise between 5:30 to 22:10 every single day. Heating the room was a challenge with no chance to win."
