"I booked this hotel for a short layover to rest before my next flight, but it was the complete opposite of what I needed. Here are the serious concerns: Cleanliness Issues: • Bed sheets had visible hair throughout the whole bed. • Towels were stained yellow with what appeared to be pubic hair embedded in the fabric • Floors were noticeably dirty and grimy • After showering, I still felt unclean due to the overall filth • BUGS in bathroom Safety & Comfort Concerns: • Walk-up, outdoor hallway...

"The guy that checked us in was very rude. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was an absolute geyser of water. But the room did not smell of cigarettes which was awesome! And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping in the hallway, then you’ll be great!"

"This place used to be a Springhill Suites but was under new ownership (as Beacon). Staff was nice but the rooms were not clean. Bedbug remnants and our door's deadbolt did not engage because it looked like someone try to pry the door open. We tried 2 different rooms on different floors. Every floor smelled like weed, both rooms had stains and were not properly cleaned. We ended up leaving and stayed someone else."
