Hotel dekat Harris Conference Center

"After staying in a Hilton Garden in Bangor, Maine the night before that was wonderful, I was disappointed in this location. Lobby welcoming in Bangor started the stay off on a high note. Staff was polite and efficient. We did not use amenities. Even though, I thought I specifically booked this hotel for a hot tub but was told there was no hot hub when I checked in."

"The only thing I would complain about was the lack of a coffee maker in the room. I like to have hot tea at night"

"Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...

"My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay."

"Property and breakfast were great. Our plane was delayed into Charlotte and we arrived around 11:20pm Called the hotel to get the shuttle. Information in our Itinerary stated it would run until 12:00. Called and a gentleman told us that the bus stopped running at 11:00. We ended up paying $18 for a cab. I would like to get reimbursed for our cab ride."

"The property was absolutely amazing and it was my first time staying at a Double Tree. I was down the hallway from the gym which was good and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone was nice and i would love to come back"

"Nice enough, had shuttle to airport"

"Problem with nearby guest slamming the doors between 2-5 am. Room 205 had tv loud enough I could make out what was said. All a problem when needing to wake up at 445am to make a flight."

"Hot shower, clean rooms. Just drama from Police daily..."
