"We loved everything about this place! Used all the pools. Rented jet skis & pontoon boat. Great food trucks all around the property. Had Walmart delivery for everything we needed. Utilized picnic areas & grills next to sand volleyball & basketball. Great DJ by the Oasis pool on Saturday night. Couldn’t have been any better! Took free shuttle to & from Silver Dollar City. Thank you so much"

"Breakfast bar was outstanding, but the Restaurant it's in is undersized for the number of Rooms. The Restaurant wasn't open for Lunch, and we could never get in for Dinner - too many people, and not enough staff."

"From the very beginning of our stay, the staff was top notch. The room was everything and more. Fantastic tub to soak in and great view of the pond. Extremely quiet area and easy to move around town from the location. Can’t wait to come back again!"

"We stopped here on our way to South Dakota. The room was clean and well maintained for an older hotel. There were 4 adults and 2 children (10 and 12). We were able to book one room which was actually a suite to accommodate all of us at a very reasonable rate. "We liked that we could walk everywhere from the hotel. We were able to walk to the Gateway Arch and the river front. We also walked to Busch Stadium and the surrounding restaurants."

"This place listed a bar did not have one! No good walking distance restaurants! Potbelly closed at 4 went to CJ MUG staff was rude! On the way walking there had to past a BAIL bonding place with crazy looking people! NO BODY EVER MENTIONED THIS ON THE REVIEW! DID NOT FEEL SAFE! Did not walk that way again! "The rooms aren’t the cleanest and the tv is a piece of junk. Not something you’d expect living in 2026. Fin city arcade and billiards room is awesome along with the pools. The staff is great and very accommodating. We enjoyed our time but if back in same area will probably stay elsewhere."

"Do NOT stay there especially if you have a special needs child. Some of the waterpark staff are absolutely the rudest humans I’ve ever met, they hate autistic children, argue with parents, we only went once and we stayed a week. I wish I would’ve stayed at the château again. We had brown recluses and bugs in our room. It was a miserable time, we just tried to stay gone most of the trip. $1600 down the drain."

"I stayed at the Bayside and they’re the old part of the lodge. I stayed in these rooms when I was working at the Lodge ofThe Four Seasons when I’d get snowed in. It seems like they haven’t changed since 1979. The hot water would suddenly turn cold, and then suddenly turn scolding hot, in the shower. Water doesn’t drain very well. The carpet looks old and worn out and dated, beds too and the sheeting. I swear I stepped back in time. I checked for bedbugs, but I didn’t see any sign of any. This...
