"Excellent value for money with everything you need for an overnight stay. Included breakfast was very welcome too. Really friendly staff. An easy place to get to only a few miles from Stamford. No doubt we'll stay again."

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. The bath tub even had its own tv on the wall to watch. The hotel was decorated for Christmas, loved it "

"What a beautiful village and setting. The old white hart is a wonderful building, original features with tastefully done modern twists. Our double bath was more like a small pool, truly truly spacious. We loved it! "

"Extremely friendly receptionist and it’s so nice to be accompanied to your room rather than be left alone . The hotel rooms are quite quirky with antique furnishings and our room had an oriental/ Asian flavour…perhaps some artwork over the bed would have made the room more appealing.The bed and shower were great and extremely hot water so that is a bonus. We walked to visit Burghley house which is located behind the inn and is a must see. The town of Stamford is a hidden gem …I felt we were on a...
