"Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened."

We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. "Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was just okay and a bit difficult to serve ourselves in the narrow buffet line with many people. The setup did not flow one direction or the other, so people were bumping into each other, moving back and forth to gather what we needed, use the toaster, etc…"

They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."
