"All the staff were very courteous. From check-in to departure was pleasant. The second floor bar, The Eddy, was comfortable with delicious cocktails. The restaurant offered delicious wines and pastas! We ordered a light dinner from room service one evening and it arrived in the cutest picnic basket! And the lobby area is roomy and comfortable to just hang out, have a coffee, and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit. "

"Best hotel in its price bracket, and maybe the next one up! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, and the property modern and welcoming. The rooms have more than enough outlets for USB devices to charge. Large televisions, as well as a little kitchenette that comes in really handy to reheat leftovers after eating out. Element has the best free hotel breakfast, hands down, with options for vegetarian and vegan diets. There’s always a lovely lady there making a different...
