"It was quite and older but worked good for our trip. People were great and good location for grand haven and grand rapids airports half way."

"Rooms were very dirty. Had new white bottom sandals I only wore in the room and the soles were black when we left. Stayed 2 nights . Had no maid service the entire stay. Bed was never made and didn’t get any clean towels. The man at the desk was very nice and got us towels. When we arrived we asked about a room with a higher toilet and was told their handicap rooms were on the second floor and they had no elevator only stairs . I said that can’t be true. And finally he found us a handicap room...

"This charming B&B in Grand Haven was clean and spacious in a lovely residential area surrounded by other old homes of the period. The renovations and updates done to it were incredible and belong in a magazine. It was nice to sit on the front porch and read early in the morning or chat with other guests. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful, and recommended some things that we enjoyed. Our breakfast included an amazing homemade tomato-basil quiche and fresh fruit. I would definitely...

"This is one of those hotels that people live at. Like it had long term renters. Do not bring a family here. Lots of traffic and people in the parking lot through the night. We had to bring everything in from our vehicle because we were afraid we would be robbed. There are literally stickers on the inside of the door too the room saying that you should padlock the door for your own safety."

"It was ok. They had a strong smell of stale weed smoke in the hallways."

"Despite being located between two liquor stores and people out front loitering, our room was clean and everything worked. Plenty of clean towels and good water pressure. Breakfast (scrambled eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy) was tasty and got us going. We didn’t feel in any danger. There did appear to be some long term parked cars as we checked in and out and some vehicles never moved. It worked for us in the situation but won’t be our first choice next time in the area."
