"I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

"The hotel was under renovations at the time, so some of it was unable to be controlled. However, in my room, the television didn’t work, a lamp fell off the wall, the phone wasn’t connected and there was a very large urine stain on the pull out sofa bed’s mattress. Speaking of that mattress it was about 2 inches thick and I couldn’t imagine sitting on it, let alone trying to sleep. Breakfast was good and included. The staff were standoff-ish at check-in. "My first room 511 had bugs biting me but the staff was friendly and moved me to 811 which was better. They never returned my incidental fee though 😔"

"I was there 7 days and my room was "barely" cleaned once. I asked every single day and they said it would be done and it never was when we returned in the evening time. The one time it was, they didnt even sweep or vacuum the floors. Basically the beds were made and new towels left. They claim that it is done "every other day" but that was NOT the case for us. Kitchen area is minimally stocked with cooking items - 1 small pot and a pan. The people at the front desk during the day time...

"This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent… Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent."
