"The 3 nights I was there not I or any other guests in the hotel had hot water for showering. Charged full price as I and other guests were not discounted on the price for this very important amenity. Terrible way to run a hotel if you are expecting return business."

"We enjoyed our stay , rooms were clean , heated pool tha closed at a good time (10pm) not too early like most hotels , good breakfast .. only downside is it’s about $30 a night to park which is incredibly ridiculous- having to pay for parking at a hotel should not be a thing but unfortunately here it is"

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"The staff and upkeep of the property was good. However, the floor in the kitchenette area of the room I stayed in was sticky. I reported the issue at it was taken care of the next day. I will definitely consider staying there in the future!"
