The only negative would be you should have t.v in each room and the living room tv should be larger, and you should provide box fans atleast one. Other than that perfect. "The Brownwood hotel is a clean and comfortable choice when staying for a short stay at the Villages. Be aware they automatically add a $75 charge to your credit card when you check in for "incidental expenses"...When you go to check out and have not used the money for any charges you are told "it will fall away from you credit card". When asked for a receipt showing that such charges were refunded to my credit card I was NOT given a receipt and told if I wanted one I would have to wait for the hotel manager who was "busy" and not available for some time. The desk staff is not at all helpful. Also checking in on a Sunday...nothing is open for a snack, drink or coffee. And be aware...this is the Villages and nothing is available in walking distance."
