Trip to Cuernavaca

I went to Cuernavaca for an event. Someone recomended Aristos Hotel because it was near the event. The hotel is very beautiful but needs to have a renovation. The spaces, the service is excelent but the rooms are very old. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and the personel was very friendly.

Just one fault, but one with a great impact.

Our only complaint of any relevance is the Sunday buffet, which does not have the quality and freshness of the a la carte menu; it costs twice as much, you have to pay in advance, it has no variety and there is poor temperature management. It lacks flavor and variety, it is overcooked or worse, it is not restocked; the service is average, it is simply not worth the price, and there are no alternatives if you don't want the buffet.

Muy grato el lugar, comida rica no mucho el desayuno, servicio en alberca muy bueno, todo el personal es muy amable, la única observación es que no me cambiaron toallas en el segundo día de estancia y en b el restaurante cuando ya vino más huéspedes está algo tardado. Muy penoso los vecinos de habitación muy inconsciente mucho ruido y música muy alta, la segunda noche a pesar de haber realizado el reporte personalmente y vía telefónica solo bajaron el volumen por un momento y más tarde lo subieron, se dormían entre la 1 y 2 am, cuidar este tipo de situaciones. Me gustó hospedarme con ustedes la temperatura del agua de la alberca deliciosa.

Excelente recibimiento por parte del bell boy, Armando, muy buen servicio por parte de Azucena en el área de alberca. La alberca es lo mejor del hotel. Habitaciones muy limpias, suficientes para pasar la noche.
