We had a great stay. Beautiful property, nestled in the ravines just outside the centro un Cuernavaca. It was a wonderful escape, and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Failure in Cuernavaca

We had to leave rhe hotel after the first night. The hotel is located in front of a cliff with falling sewage water. The stench is terrible! It is a health hazard. The hotel tried to charge us the theee nights we had booked.

La fachada, da mucho que desear, parece un hotel que no da mucha confianza. El valet parking es muy pequeño sobre la calle, es dificil acceso. Las toallas olian mal. Me parece de mal gusto que al momento de hacer check out, te pregunten si quieres dejar propina a camarista. ¿que no se supone que ya esta incluidos esos servicios BASICOS ? Esto no es un crucero.

Excelente servicio, habitaciones muy comodas, es un hotel pequeño con solo 9 habitaciones, solo para adultos... es un lugar para relajarte y disfrutar del ambiente.
