My stay here was incredible. The staff was welcoming, tended to our needs. I luved my room and the view but i think what i paid for wasn't reasonable. Over all 10 out of 10.

Condado Vanderbilt Hotel
Staff was fantastic and the service was great. We also had a very comfortable stay. The only negatives were that the AC in our room did not work very well (It kept turning off in the middle of the night) and there was a wedding reception on the 2nd floor that was so loud that we could hear the music ...

The food and drinks were excellent!! Thank you to Brenda and Jessie, they were awesome during breakfast. The hotel room was clean and the view was beautiful!! Hotel staff was amazing!!!!

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
I am easy to please, so ya, I went during Thanksgiving and i enjoyed the Christmas decorations. I like the restaurant there and the coffee shop. I wanted to use the pool but it was raining that day. But the pool looks good and i used the gym. I Would visit again.
